Ok, here it is---

you turn on the computer, it goes
to windows. Before windows really starts
loading, you get a message that states
"Insert programmable media"....
but you don't have all the disks that
supposedly came with the computer.

At least none seem to fit the bill.

Besides ordering a new computer (which I did
since this one is too old anyway), is there
anything that can be done now?

(I'm using my husband's computer at the
moment. Don't know how long I'll be allowed
to poach. GGG)
