Sorry about not laying it out for options, but I don't like to post information I'm not absolutely sure of. I can't say what the difference is between Bid/Best Bid and Ask/Best Ask is for OPRA options but if any answer is better than an answer with certainty, I believe it is this: Bid/Ask are the most recent quote to come across the wire whether they are the best (inside) quote or not. Best is the best bid/ask.

Our source for options data is the same as our source for all the other data except Island and Canadian stocks: S&P Comstock. The satellite-based 128K feed we get from them is deficient in their options data. We plan to correct the situation by changing to their newer 256K feed. I have no idea when this will happen, but I can say that work is in progress towards this end.
