I went ahead and subscribed to Edgar Online so I could get it and the previous 8K, but haven't had a chance to do more than just glance through them. I wasn't able to find what in the K/A was different from what's in the K. Did you find anything? I skimmed through the balance sheet, and compared each entry in the Oh La La transaction, but didn't see anything different.
