Does Fidelity count their "12", "36", "72" times a year
"frequent trader" discounts on each account separately
or overall against your SSN ?

I don't like short term trading, would not mind doing it
in an IRA but I wonder if that will lead to lower commission
privileges in other accounts where I do more of buy and hold
investing.
