I see NOVL looking strong too, but... How is it that 28 is a target passed 25 and 27, so easily? I have to look at each one, as it approaches. Especially since 23.5 is just a 50% retrace on the downtrend and 5/8ths is obvious, neither breaking the downtrend just yet.
