But it's not.

And that's exactly the problem.

You can drop fax bits and still read the fax (or retransmit).

You can drop one or two video frames and still see reasonable quality video.

But you can't drop voice.

As traditional networks get replaced, is LU better positioned technically to take advantage of industry trends* due to their understanding of telco-quality voice? (this is a question)

I agree with you. I heard it was just passed DSL can't be more than $10-$12/mo? This will help-need to solve the home access problem.
