thanks Ellen, agree TRRA should be high on the list. It still seems quite early for the european internets, so I'm going to spend some study time looking for others we can add to the list: QXLC TRRA FREE EWEB XSNI EWEB I think may have run with the 'sudden' realization they have developed an ISP presence in Central Europe, attracted some significant investments, and the announcements of more acquisitions and increased revenue. Still don't think it comes close to XSNI based in the UK, with recent announcements of expansion into Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, and some foreign press mentioning France possibly next, techstocks.com and some recently (11/16)reported dealings now in Japan.. Message 12011772 and very close to 500K subscribers already. If it were a NAZ stock and not an OTCbb, it wouldn't be anywhere close to how cheap it is now.
