Parthasarathy- The Institute of Mathematical Sciences Taramani, Chennai, Tamil Naud,India) It is indeed a shame that Dr. Sudarshan is being ignored for the Nobel price, but what can one say about an institution that did not award Gandhiji with the Nobel peace price? Btw, am I missing something here? I was of the impression that Dr. Sudarshan was running the Institute of Mathematical Sciences. It is located just outside the IIT Madras campus and I was lucky enough to attend a couple of talks by Dr. Sudarshan when he visited us.
