You believe Lutts if you want. There have only been something over 200 QM-DI installs. Serial number 196 was installed in late February to a printer I speak with in New Jersey. I have no idea why Heidelberg have increased the order for Kits when they still have ample inventory. Maybe its just to honor committments before switching suppliers in 1998. Who knows, and nobody at Heidelberg in the know is talking. On a lot of the other points I don't believe that I have been proven wrong, and no one has enough information about the changed nature of the relationship with Heidelberg to make an informed decision. As far as other manufacturers, I spoke with Omni Adast last week and they have only shipped one 4 up press to date. Firm orders on 7 more. Dealers who they sell through find the exclusive nature of the Pitman relationship with PRST to be a big hurdle to overcome. They also can't understand why the president of Pitman, John Dreyer, is on PRST's board. Like EVERONE else I have spoken with they perceive this as a HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Go Blue Jays, we got the Rocket now.
