Jason, when someone from the SEC asks you questions, asks to look at your trading records, and asks for copies of these records, that qualifies as being 'under investigation' in most rational minds.
I would propose that not being short PRST, I am able to look at things more rationally than you. (In fact, I was long PRST until recently - got out at $173. Right now I'm sitting on the sidelines, trying to decide if I should get back in, either long or short. I AM convinced that PRST will have some wild swings, both ways that will present some fantastic trading opportunities, which I have historically been pretty good at. That's why I've been looking at this forum so closely.)
Actually, Jason, you and your Mother were a topic of conversation around the Lynch Family dinner table several times in the past week. I can't help but be fascinated with a son who watches a large percentage of his mom's net worth erode away. For your Mom's sake, I hope PRST comes back. Recent trends suggest that such an outcome is very much in doubt. |
