Kenny, Thanks for those notes. When I talked to Bojar they told me that the Wall Mart deal was just sealed. He told me that he did not know if they were going to release this information. I asked why and got the answer that they are very confident that the share price will go up considerabley as soon as everything gets caught up. They are waiting for the numbers to get finished. They are in no hurry to push the price up because the company will do very well. I asked about the 3.00 a share to get on nasdaq and he said that they would have no problem getting the 3.00 a share price to be on nasdaq. I asked if the 1.00 EPS was after delution and got the answer that he did not know. I asked when and if catalist still plaining on retiring the debentures and got the answer the he did not have that information. Is catalist on track for the E 150,000,000 sales and got the answer that because of the delay in the shipment of the cards that the first quarters earning would be about 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 possibly 20,000,000. This would only count for ONE month of card sales. (WOW) Please post any further info you recieve. Andy
