Bravo!!!
Finally somebody that see's through Bubb's bullsh... I think the insider data (check Edgar-Online)or(WWW.SEC.GOV) during mid 96, latter 96, and Feb 97 says it all.
One thought......Why do the individual investors holding this company not see a substantial return on investment with such a powerhouse among small caps? Technology speaking...there has already been the term. Not long...but definitely not short. Comparing the companies that are also struggling during this tech sector correction is not fair to them. Dialogic stands alone at the top of CTI and there are no comparables in that industry.
More of us need to ask, WHY? We need to read between the lines of Dialogic news reports and/or press releases. We have real good reasons to be pissed at the bathing we just took. Talk to the SEC...but talk to the correct department. One would be rather surprised at the opposition recieved there. It's almost as if there's a "lets not rock the boat" mentality about Dialogic. Question the chiefs at Dialogic. As shareholders I/we have that right.

Note: I have no interest in Dialogic as a competitor. I carry very little monetary interest in the company in terms of shares held. I saw this innovative company two years ago that had the whole IT Industry to build upon and lead with a technology bus(SCSA)that it easily introduced and also marketed very sucessfully. Now it seems content to let things be as they may. (Please see my other message). I still think Dialogic holds several keys to digital computing architectures of the future and it is imperative that the correct individuals be in place. The information age is really only in it's infancy. and if Dialogic Corporation blows this opportunity during it....it looses forever. There are too many technology savvy competitors out there. Dialogic's DM3 MediaStream is the tip of the iceburg. Speech recognition software, voice compression CODECS, GammaLink Faxware, Panasonic (Matsushita) deals, G.723.1 tech licence, Motorola DSP contracts and patents galore mark this company for success. I could go on and on forever...I won't. They have all the angles covered and the complacency, as it appears, does not make sense! WHY? WHY? WHY?

The Dialogic Corporation mission statement appears to have changed and I want to know why. I think we...all individual investors and consumers within the IT Industry have the right to know why. I see new names on this thread and feel very sorry for those inspired by hype. I ask you to please use common sense, look at numbers and past performance. Why does Goldman Sachs get to bail out just a bit over a million shares before the negative surprise 2-3 weeks ago? This insider crap stinks and the SEC is NOT doing their job. Something is very very wrong here.

BTW:
I have not even lost $1000.00 with DLGC so my interest is not money, not a position with a Dialogic competitor nor do I represent or plan to represent a group of individuals. I want what is fair and legal for me and other individual and wouldn't mind one bit being a journalist. Call me Robin Hood.

Thanks again.
