BAY's management was in an awkward position in the conference call. How could they "adequately explain plans for the future" when they are taking out full page adds saying the "new Bay" will be announced May 5. Would kind of be anti-climatic, don't you think. The real story will be layed out in 3 weeks. I think it's wise to wait until then to pass judgement on Bay's future. Niedz
