To all: **OT** I have been asked several times via PM how I set up QCharts for day trading. I am going to do this only once, so if you find my set up useful save the gif files.
Screen 1: Allows me to watch a TYX Chart, a TICK Chart, a Quote Sheet Window, a Chart setup for Trading with multiple indicators (this is the one you see when I post a stock chart or index chart) and a Time/Sales Window.

Screen 2: I scroll down to where the top of the Trading Chart is at the top of the viewable workspace. This frame gives me a look at my Trading Chart, Time/Sales Window and Level II. In addition, I can scroll the Quote Sheet as well.

Screen 3: I scroll down to where the Level II screen is at the top of the viewable workspace. This allows me to view both Level II and the Island book at the same time.

Screen 4: I scroll down to where the Island Book is at the top of the viewable workspace. This allows me a view of the Island window, daytrade and investment quote sheets and the hot lists I follow. Note the daytrade and investment quote sheets have been set up to track profit and loss real time.

Special Notes: Both the TYX Chart and the TICK Chart are symbol locked by clicking on the "sym" button until it is red. The Trading Chart, Time/Sales Window, Level II and Island Book all have the "sym" button set to green. Every time I click on a symbol in the Quote Sheet, Hot List or use the Symbol Field at the top to select a stock or index, they all switch to that symbol in unison. This allows me to toggle through various index and or equity symbols quickly. You can also lock the "intv" button to lock in a time interval by setting it to red or have selected charts change in unison by setting the "intv" button to green.
If you set the "sym" or "intv" buttons to gray, to change the chart, quote, time sales window, level II and island book you have to select the window (title bar will highlight) and select a symbol per the symbol field (upper left of the work space).
Be sure and explore QCharts by right clicking a lot. You will find a lot of drop down menus and discover functions of which you may not be aware.
I trust this is some of help. Good trading all...
