K. Martin,

Let's see, today will mark the 4th or 5th day that the stock has been under
$5. I am starting to wonder why Mesa waited so long. I mean hell Pickens
could have took this company and tried to buy a bigger company and drove
the stock price down. We didn't need Rainwater and Brumley to do this.

I am starting to wonder whose interest they really are serving. The
stock continues to sink. I mean it is down to 4 5/8. At this rate,
the stock will probably be 3 or under by the time the merger goes
through. Maybe we should short PDP because if Mesa keeps going down,
then PDP will follow.
