ACEI SIGNS HECTOR 'MACHO' CAMACHO FOR WORLD BOXING TITLE BOUT IN CHINA

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov 22, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- American
Champion Entertainment (Nasdaq: ACEI) has just signed IBC World Super
Welter Weight Boxing Champion Hector "Macho" Camacho for the first ever
professional boxing match to take place in China. Camacho, with his
flamboyant style coupled with an impressive record of 69-4-1 including
33 knockouts, will be a treat for the Chinese audience who has never
witnessed a live world-class boxing event. The match is tentatively set
for April 22, 2000, with the opponent to be named. "We are fortunate to
have signed on a fighter with Hector Macho Camacho's worldwide
popularity and reputation to be in our first sporting event produced in
China," said George Chung, ACEI's Chairman. "Due to the anticipated
demand, we foresee primary revenue sources to be broadcast rights and
advertisement."

With the U.S./China trade relations reaching a new level of
cooperation, ACEI and its China connections are poised to make a
significant impact into the Chinese sports market. The company's
partners in China indicate a large demand for sporting events presented
with a western flair.
