Zoltan, From where I sit, the largest increase in employee defection from the large companies within the last 2 months has been CSCO. Over the summer, SCMR took the LU people that they wanted and the NT people left for their own start-ups. You claim to know all, but in this case (like in the WCOM/LU argument) I am in a far better seat for viewing. You were completely off base in regards to the LU/WCOM situation as well, so this does not surprise me. Have a good day. Brian
