AB: Private property is not a province of the conservative alone. However owning private property tends to make one more sensitive to its confiscation. Clinton lacks this sensitivity as he owns no property. Therefore one could expect his minions to ignore such precepts. What evidence? Their was a paucity of evidence provided in the fair and balanced "findings of facts" presented by the Hizonna Jackson. If you mean MSFT should have charged $49 dollars as Jackson pulls out of his bag of tricks as evidence then I guess there was. It is on his estimation of what a fair price should have been that the he derives his conclusion that the public was harmed. Maybe DOJ/Jackson should turn their sights on AAPL who charged a similarly outrageous price of $89-109 for their O/S upgrades and did not have to concern themselves with the same compatibility issues with a plethora of third party vendors as AAPL owned most of the peripheral market as well. Where did Judge Jackson learn the art of software pricing? Probably at the same school of divining that allows him to see those future developments, yet unseen by the rest of the world, that MSFT prevented from coming into existence. This whole thing would make a great Peter Sellers movie. JFD
