re: SBC buying into PRGY; PRGY adding DSL access to ISP offerings, big time On this morning's CNBC interview with Prodigy's CEO, PRGY claims they now hold the title as the nation's largest distributor of DSL offerings. In addition to SBC's own DSL services which are tied into their PacBell/SBC ISP offerings, PRGY also has relationships with other DSL plays, including Covad. The claim is that they will not be going head to head with AOL. Instead, they seek to be a high speed alternative by virtue of their DSL access lines, in a class of their own.. in not so many words. Any thoughts?
