Dennis, Go back a few posts for some thoughts on this s-3 file. I am not a fundamentalist, although I like to be aware of what's up on that end of things. I basically read charts for my buy/sell decisions. I stupidly did not sell at 7 when TXB made its big leap of faith, even though ALL that I know says SELL on gaps up and giant moves such as this. The fact that it had beat all previous highs, since forever, had me a bit glued to the stock. Oh, foolish greed! Now its a waiting game. I've been in since last year at 3 3/8. I don't think the people at TXB care about shareholder value as much as raising $$$ for their scientific endeavors. I hope they smarten up! Without happy shareholders there will be no market for their shares, and so no $$$ from this chemin. E Graphs
