Mark, take a look at one of my old posts for my experience with Buy.com. They were very professional to deal with regarding the return of the processor. They mailed me a shipping label and paid to have the processor returned. They also gave me full credit for the purchase price. That was a lot better then the way I was treated by Accubyte, but that's another story. Message 11682153
