It is no small thing indeed! It is one thing for us--and for analysts--to recognize the enormous potential of Windchill (which, let us not forget, was pure serendipity, coming in as it did with the Computervision acquisition). However, a spate of disappointments and apparent poor controls and information flow within the company have been enough to give anyone a jaundiced view of the management's ability to execute on this potential. What this meeting seems to have done is reassure the "Street" is that Windchill is being properly supported and marketed.
