Jones, there are 4,197,472 shares of common stock outstanding as of 4/10/97. As of March 7 there were 167 holders of record of the common stock. After eading the EDGAR filings there are apparently still a couple of lawsuits in the discovery stage. Somthing about the leasing of equipment, and some software? Price is down today despite Morrell's statement. By the way, he married, recently i guess, an employee(near the top of management). interesting! May be wrong but thats what I understood from the reading.
