Michael: Great to see a thread started on Wolverine. The Company's Pres & CEO is Mr Wayne Dowhaniuk and he, along with a very capable board of directors, has definitely got things going in the right direction. The company listed as a jcp in September 1995. It exited 1996 producing 300 BOEPD and as announced yesterday already has production up to 800 BOEPD. They are definitely on target to surpass their target of 1200 BOEPD for mid-1997. They are currently very active in the Halkirk/Alliance area of East-Central Alberta and at a project called West Ghost River located West of Calgary. I quote a newsletter from the Company dated Jan 15, 1997 that "the entire West Ghost River Project area could add as much as 50 BILLION cubic feet of long life natural gas reserves with production volumes topping 3 million cubic feet per day. At West Ghost, they have just wrapped up a completion and production test of their net 100% Wolverine 2-32-26-8W5M discovery well that was drilled and standing cased upon acquisition. A release is expected at any time now with results of this testing. As you undoubtedly figured out, I have a good position in the company and for good reason IMO. For more information, the most "in the know" person (next to Mr. Dowhaniuk) that I have spoken to is Mr Tim Pinkoski at 403-493-7721. He is a broker I have been working with on this Company. I really think the time for Wolverine is NOW! Good Luck Terry
