Oh, I forgot to mention that Carnegie Investment Management is offering to pickup 11M shares at $14.35. I'm always skeptical of these tender offers as some of them lock you in at a certain price then if it doesn't appreciate past that price they cancel the offer. It doesn't look like CIM is doing that though as their offer expires 11/29.

I just wish that they'd go on the open market and buy 11M shares <g>.
