Gary; PCIE has until April 2000 to file with the SEC and 80% of the work has been done. The Chapter 11 is protecting the company from a landlord (previous owner) that, in my opinion, is not playing with a full deck. During this process PCIE is producing and shipping product with a signed ALCO contract in place to provide a minimum $1 mil. line of credit. Binks has big P.O.'s and makes a good product, so the potential is there.
