I have never claimed that the plant is a "sham", and I'm not implying that now, but the fact that the regulators allow SOLV to operate is not proof that the plant is "real". The regulators could either be slow to act or unable to make that technical judgement.

There are analysts and analysts, and there are plenty of bad calls. Turning your argument around, how about Asensio? He says that SOLV is doomed -- putting his reputation on the line too. Are you suggesting that his recomendation must therefore be valid??

Each of us will have to look at the qualifications of the analysts making these calls and decide whom to believe. I doubt that either is 100% right, or even close to it.
