11/22/99 Class-Action Suit Reportedly Planned Vs Microsoft

They have to line-up.
These firms are trying to get theirs filed first.
But with Friday's news about the arbitration, we wouldn't see these lawsuits get anywhere.

The more they file lawsuits against Microsoft, the more they force Microsoft to speed up the settlement for this so-called "monopolistic hand-twisting" tactics.

Remember, be good and do your homework. It is a very competitive world out there. Don't use the Department of Justice to get even with Microsoft.

Be GOOD and do your HOMEWORK. Whiners!!!
Plus, I dont' see these consumers complaining against the Microsoft products as being expensive or lacking choices.
It is the power of the desktop and the suite of software that runs with it that made this country rise from a threatened power position in the 80s to a world leader in just a few years by making everyone of us talk the same language at the speed that no one has dared and realized.
While most countries are trying to hook up every part of their lives into the computing world, U.S of A. has done it.
The more we hold into our "connections" the more the competition would have a hard time catching up with us.
