At the Western Cable Show next month SEAC will be
in the CableLabs booth showing their "interactive advertising capability" with ITV. This is the next
big market opp that Yvette Gordan has targetted.

So are SEAC and WINK are partners or competitors
or both? SEAC providing the enabling technology
and WINK providing the high level app and client
relationships?
