I wonder if members of this thread from CA can bring a class action suit against the class-action suit of MSFT on the grounds that - they are not victims, - that MSFT did not reduce consumers' choices and force them to pay higher prices. - that they are sick of these Ambulance chasers who only end up lining their own fat pockets and raise the cost of doing business for everyone else.
