Hi t.g. - except for LU, we are probably on the same wavelength. I think the situation at LU is due in part a couple of missteps [I must confess I don't follow LU too closely to form an informed opinion though :),] namely, it paid a bit too much for ASND and there is the residual fallout of WCOM incident. However, in case you and others didn't catch the news [I was tempted to post it here, but didn't,] it has managed to get the deal to build the redundant FR network for WCOM. Sometimes, visibility is a good thing; sometimes, one needs to mind business quietly until the time is ripe.
