Gary, LU and NT are less generous than CSCO in the options area. ASND was very generous (2X any of the big guys). I am not sure that going to a start-up is about having fun since the average work week at CSCO here is 45 hours versus anywhere from 55-70 at the start-ups. Since most of the money is flowing into the optical space here, the people leaving are seeing big $$ signs with the new plays in that area. Brian
