Did you hear info that the CEO is buying shares? Hadn't heard that; can hardly believe it could be true.

I don't think I've ever seen a MetaTools insider do anything other than sell (and during it's bizarre run-up to $41, you could hardly blame them), and I get the weekly Insiders Report...

I think everyone's bailed because of the lousy quarter--which was obviously leaked to everyone and his brother, except for me!!, a month or so--and people are so cautious about upper management that they're loath to buy until there's more of a track record of solid profitability.

I think this stock is going to pan out eventually, but it looks like a longer and longer timeframe. When it tanks, I typically load up on Fractal rather than MetaTools; if the merger doesn't go through, I think FRAC is going to bounce... if the merger does go through, FRAC is usually trading at a discount to its equivalent MTLS share price.

I'm kind of resigned to holding onto this dog for at least a year; could take that long for the smallcap high techs to get out of the dog house.
