TIPS RIGHTS OFFERING UPDATE.... One of the reasons, T A P has just been told by Mr Tilton, for waiting to release the details of new Rights Offering is that the closing date for TNRG Rights Offering is Nov 30th and those restricted shares will be included in this new TIPS Rights Offering. Details for the ratio of TIPS shares and price will have to wait till 1st week of December.
