### REVIEW and UP-DATE of OSCR VALUATION ### 1) Unaudited Q3 Earnings: OSCR reported 60 Millions in Revenue and $14 Millions in Net Earnings resulting in about 83 cents per share, based on 16.8 Millions Outstanding.... biz.yahoo.com 2) Projection for Q4: Bill Velmer of SA Advisory had an interview with OSCR CEO, Rami Adler on 19th November 1999 and reported that the Q4 Numbers would be at least equal to the Q3... ragingbull.com 3) Estimated Value of SHPS shares OWNED by OSCR: SHPS has 22 Millions outstanding shares and OSCR owns just over 50% of that or about 11 Millions shares trading at around $6.00 for an approximate total of: $66 Millions... This figure divided by the number of outstanding shares of 16.8 Millions gives about $4.00/share... 4) Approximate Valuation: Based on the last two Quarters unaudited figures of about 83 cents, I'll extrapolate the Yearly EPS to: .83 X 4 = $2.50. An average PE of 25 for a Telecom Company would give: $2.50 X 25 = $62.50, as a forward estimate of the share price for Year 2000...
