Canadian Corporate News is carrying the press releases, and Reuters is publishing the deal with Enviromation under the headline "Jordex to Buy U.S. Firm". Got exited at that the first time I saw it because I figured it was a different release. Still at least Reuters is known for spreading stuff around :)
