Larry,

Look at the principles of SOLV, and the Board of Directors,
look at their credentials and their accomplishments look at
their reputations, talk to the company and after this if
there is any way you can compare the people involved with
SOLV to the likes of Asensio then you need a lot more help
than we can provide you with here. If you don't believe in
SOLV then fine, don't invest in it or short it if you want
to, you have our permission.
