INFO FOR THE THREAD;

After speaking with Mr. Rod Covlin at TRAC, my problem has been resolved. He explained how the error may have taken place on such a busy day and I am again very pleased with MyTrack. Their professional attitude and willingness to investigate to the customers satisfaction is proof to me that my loyalty to them was not misplaced. The actions and hard work on their part will make them, and all the shareholders, very wealthy in the not too distant future IMO.
