Management woes? YES!!
It seems that the company management almost has taken it onto themselves
to drive the stock price into the mud!
After having lost more than 35% value from August to december. The
company should have known that investors could dump the stock to
get tax reliefs, which would be driving the price down anyways.
Instead, they come out and announce 2 days before the year end that
they are going to do worse than thought. Man did that help a lot!!

Not to get me wrong, I'm pretty bullish on CRUS's future over the
next year, and I own a bunch of stock, BUT somebody ought to pinch
the management and wake them up!
