If Mark accidentally or purposely deleted his cookie file, then he probably was offered a chance to sign up for a fee, since he was not recognized as an SI member. My suggestion to him is to try and log-in. If he doesn't remember his username and password he should just contact the webmaster. I really doubt that SI chose to single out one SI member and make them pay up. Sounds like an innocent glitch to me. If he contacts the webmaster, I'm sure they will straighten it out. webmistress@techstocks.com
