Big, re:stock drop concerns...

Hi Big Kahuna,

I don't know if you have noticed that this stock had quadrupled in the past 9 months.

I have heard that it is the best performing BB stock this year, so that is pretty far pretty fast.

FLNK is considered to be the upcoming specialized leader in horizontal ASPs. They have been around for a while and are a founding member of the leading ASP consortium.

This stock has it's detractors, so there is some concern, as the BB arena tends to be more a haven for illicit activity. But FLNK is a legitimate company within a soon to be booming sector.

The recent quarterly earnings release triggered the recent selloff from about a high of 36. The runup began, I think, when their press releases started to mention the partnerships with various big name software makers.

Here is a portfolio of the ones the ASP players I have found so far:

I believe the entire ASP sector was getting heated, and FLNK benefited. Check out CTRX for an example.

When the earnings did not produce the news that what was hoped for, I guess folk went out for greener pastures.

If you talk to the company, they are busy qualifying a lot of software makers, not just those in the press releases, so that basically any company can find most of the major software on FLNK's systems.

It is a great long term hold, and a lot of us did not expect it to go up this quick. The ASP sector is kinda dead, except for the hardware and infrastructure, like all the broadband plays... the content is really lagging the hardware end. FLNK falls in the content end. Citrix in the hardwrare end.

At least that is my opinion, for what it is worth. Hoped it helped.

Jon :)
