Deutsche Bank, George Albino just came out with an update. His news NAV at 6% discount rate, 70% recovery rates qand $5.25 silver is $7.33. If recoveries come up only to 60% his NAV is still a healthy $4.93.

With all the field tests averaging 67%, this looks like a extremely robust project. Albino even calculates an IRR of 30% with recovery rates as low as 50%. Looks like this project is almost guaranteed to do forward.
