Well Mike, that is very disturbing.
Anytime a company has started protecting me from my own ignorance, it has cost me $$$.

I just got through speaking with the CFO of another company for about 25 minutes. An open discussion which reached much more deeply that that of a PR person. I could/did ask difficult questions.

I can't imagine a company taking such a stance.
If you were a competitior that would be different.
But a shareholder?
And they want to hide information from you/me?
That is scary.
