DRILLING TO COMMENCE ON LEDGE PROJECT
TNR Resources Ltd. ("TNR") and Ivory Oil & Minerals Inc. ("Ivory") are pleased to announce they have completed the second phase of its exploration program on their Ledge property, located in the Cariboo Mining Division of B.C., and have determined that a drilling program is now warranted.

Earlier work by the companies confirmed and extended an intense magnetic anomaly, which is now in excess of 700 m long by 700 m wide. Previous mapping and sampling, together with the magnitude and intensity of the anomaly, suggest the strong likelihood of the presence of magnetite-bearing skarn. Soil and rock geochemistry peripheral to the anomaly has indicated the presence of copper, gold and arsenic that may be indicative of a sulphide bearing body nearby. The MaxMin EM survey conducted during Phase 2 delineated indications of conductors adjacent to the intense magnetic anomaly defined in Phase 1. This is consistent with the magnetite-skarn model being developed.

Presently TNR and Ivory have selected sites for drilling and are waiting for the relevant work permits to be approved. The initial drill program has been budgeted to include up to 1100 metres of diamond-drilling and will commence immediately upon permit approvals.

ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY,

"Gary Schellenberg"
