The VLNC stock fraud:

Foir those still holding short from 7 1/2+, you may want to consider covering at least a portion of your position (25% or above) over the next few days. I think this may be dead money as the frothy market counterbalances the toxic convertible - so may be able to reenter the short at better prices.
