We small shareholders are about to get screwed, but royally, and there is nothing we can do about it because the original bunch of ****** have the shares and votes to do what they want.

It's becoming even clearer that this has been another VSE scam from the very beginning, as the much-reviled Donald Lickman used to contend. Seems that Watford has agreed to be the lackey of that crowd and will be rewarded handsomely, while the holdings of the small shareholders will likely be reduced to virtually nothing, as they are being in Jarvis and Hislop's Arrowhead(Gemini).
