If you are still having problems connecting to eSignal, please go into the Data Manager application. Select the "Communications" menu. Under "Receiver", select "Communications ...". Where it says IP address, make sure that the address says CM1.DBC.Com. If it does not, change it to CM1.DBC.COM.

If this still does not help, call our CS department or use Live Rep via the Traders toolbox for additional assistance.
