flats, the disbelief re. oil is about as old as the oil rally now. all year long i hear people repeat over and over that OPEC will cheat and that this is a temporary condition... OPEC surely has realized by now that it's far more profitable not to cheat. the latest theory is that the U.S. will lean on OPEC to 'do something'. however, they had to endure $11 oil not too long ago...they will want their pound of flesh now. regards, hb
