Purple Chair, I agree with you on the IATV deal. It is big, much bigger then any of us imagine right now. I have some additional information I would like to share with you. Hopefully it is not redundant and is useful to all.

More on IATV:
LDIG owns 12% of IATV with an additional 25% if they exercise their warrants. LIDG is Malone's brain child that used to be TUNE which was TCI Cable when Malone owned it, before selling it to Armstrong and AT&T. It was a tracking stock of TCI.

Malone then put a deal together to form LDIG and he put some of his internet holdings from Liberty Media into Liberty Digital, LDIG, and it is now the holding company for AT&T's interactive TV/Internet holdings which include PCLN, IVIL, etc. Rupert Murdock is also involved in this deal with the Fox Channel.

The IATV deal is big but don't over look LDIG that has been moving steadily upward since the name change this summer.

God only knows what Malone, Armstrong, Murdock and friends are cooking up here but you can bet your sweet behind that there is a lot happening that we can only speculate on.

I have held TUNE now LDIG since it was a baby in my long term portfolio. It is now trading at 50 1/2. There is more to the IATV deal then meets the eye and many ways to play it.

Cheers,
Jo
