if there is a way for Explorer or Systemworks to give you a list of files sorted by size?

I'm not sure this is what you are looking for but you can sort by size in My Explorer by opening each folder and going to view/detail and clicking on the size toolbar at the top of the window. It sorts like a toggle switch, small to large or viceversa.
